Can I upload my own photograph?

Yes. The preview accepts JPG, PNG and WebP images. Uploaded photos are used locally for visualization; the final artwork must also be provided through your order process.

Can my QR code link to Instagram or TikTok?

A QR code can contain a valid profile URL. When scanned, compatible devices can open the destination. The target profile must exist and be accessible.

Are QR and NFC the same technology?

No. QR codes are optical patterns scanned using a camera, while NFC relies on short-range wireless communication. NFC compatibility depends on the chosen chip and receiving device.

Can I customize both sides?

Yes. The front can display your name, photo, username and signature, while the back can contain branding and scannable information. Actual options depend on the selected product.
